emPOWER News

We are excited to let you know about an important development concerning our emPOWER Accounting Software.

As of 1st of May, we have sold the source code of emPOWER Accounting Software and its ongoing Support and Maintenance Contracts to Willis White & Co Ltd (Exodesk), a respected name in the industry known for their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction over many years. Willis White is an Authorised Intersoft Reseller, with offices in Dunedin and Christchurch, and customers nationwide.

As you will be aware, we decided not to continue development of emPOWER ourselves some years ago, as we moved on with other projects, but the software has continued serving the needs of many clients since that time.

The emPOWER Accounting Software Suite remains a very full featured accounting solution, and Willis White has committed to restart development of the emPOWER product line, to bring it right up to date as the basis for their own new accounting software system. For this reason, we have taken this step to extend the life of emPOWER, and to provide the security of a future upgrade path for you.

Effective immediately, all future invoicing for Software Maintenance contracts and escalated support services related to emPOWER will be handled by Willis White. Rest assured, Willis White is fully equipped to provide you with the same level of exceptional service and support that you have come to expect from us, and we are there to assist Willis White should they need us. You should continue to contact your Authorised Intersoft Reseller for usual day to day type support matters.

We understand that change can sometimes be challenging, but we are confident that this transition will ultimately result in a more seamless and efficient experience for you.
